At LHF, we are committed to directly reaching one million households by 2030 with community-based management of acute malnutrition and a comprehensive approach to maternal and child health. Through targeted interventions, we:
 
✅ Expand Access to Life-Saving Nutrition
•Combat malnutrition among mothers, infants, and young children through the Maternal, Infant, and Young Child Nutrition Improvement Project (MIYCNIP).
•Provide locally sustainable nutrition solutions, such as soybean milk production training for lactating mothers, to enhance maternal and child well-being.
 
✅ Improve Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)
•Ensure access to clean water and proper sanitation to prevent waterborne diseases that exacerbate malnutrition.
•Promote hygiene education to reduce infection rates among vulnerable populations.
 
✅ Strengthen Local and National Health Systems
•Train healthcare workers, midwives, and traditional birth attendants to improve maternal and newborn survival rates.
